Program description

The iQ Home Buyers messaging program provides conversational, property-specific communication about purchase offers, listing questions, transaction details, and requested follow-up. iQ Home Buyers is a trade name of iQ Consultants LLC.

How to opt in

SMS is optional. A recipient may opt in by sending an email to [email protected] that explicitly requests SMS communication and includes the mobile number and relevant property address. We retain the request as a consent record. A phone number appearing in a public listing, by itself, is not treated as SMS consent.

Consent and frequency

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring conversational SMS messages from iQ Home Buyers concerning the identified property or transaction. Message frequency varies. Consent to SMS is not a condition of a purchase, sale, offer, or other transaction.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. We honor applicable opt-out requests.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent records are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the messaging program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
